These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Ennoveda Inc. ("Ennoveda," "we," "us"), including the Veda case-management platform and the Veda Case Notifications SMS program.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to Veda Case Notifications, you agree to receive transactional SMS from Ennoveda Inc. (on behalf of the licensing agency) related to your case — court dates, deadlines, case-status updates, victim-services reminders, and one-time access codes. This is a transactional program; no marketing messages are sent.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies with case activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@ennoveda.net.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and consent is captured at case intake as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for its intended, lawful purpose and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Ennoveda is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including delayed or undelivered messages caused by carriers or factors outside our control.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
