Ennoveda operates the Veda platform, which sends transactional SMS case notifications on behalf of the criminal-justice agencies that license it. When you opt in, we collect and process your mobile phone number, the fact and timestamp of your consent, and the notification types you agreed to receive, solely to deliver those case notifications. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we use information

We use the information above only to operate the Veda platform and deliver the case notifications you have consented to receive. We do not use your mobile information for marketing.

How we share information

We share information only with the licensing criminal-justice agency you interact with and with service providers strictly necessary to deliver messages (for example, our telecommunications carrier). We do not sell your information, and mobile opt-in data is never shared for third-party marketing.

Data retention & security

We retain personal and consent information for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and we apply administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect it.
