Ennoveda Inc. operates Veda, a case-management platform licensed to prosecutor and criminal-justice agencies. The Veda Case Notifications program delivers transactional case notifications from a licensed agency to the case participants it serves. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent through this program.
Participants in active criminal-justice matters — victims, witnesses, and defendants — served by an agency that licenses Veda.
Consent is collected directly by agency staff at case intake. You provide your mobile number and are told — verbally and in writing — that you may receive the case notifications listed above. Staff record your affirmative opt-in in the Veda platform using a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default; no text message is sent unless you have opted in. You are never required to opt in to receive services.
Before any messages are sent, agency staff present this disclosure and you must affirmatively check the box (it is unchecked by default) to consent:
"I agree to receive text-message case notifications from my prosecutor's/agency's office via the Veda platform — including court-date and hearing reminders, filing/appearance deadlines, case-status updates, victim-services reminders, and one-time secure access codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. I have reviewed the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."
