Who we serve

Our customers are government criminal-justice agencies across the United States. Veda is built for prosecutor and criminal-justice agencies nationwide, with our initial deployments in Louisiana and expansion to additional states underway. Messages sent through the platform are sent on behalf of the licensing agency to the case participants that agency serves.

Our SMS messaging program

Veda Case Notifications is a transactional SMS program operated by Ennoveda Inc. on behalf of licensed criminal-justice agencies. It delivers court-date and hearing reminders, filing and appearance deadlines, case-status updates, victim-services reminders, and one-time secure access codes to case participants (victims, witnesses, and defendants) who have affirmatively opted in at case intake. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
